Whole grain flour retains all the useful components included in the grain itself. This means that it contains a considerable amount of vitamins, including vitamin C, E, B: B1, B2, B4, B5, B6, B9. The vitamin B group is also part of whole grain flour. It also contains iodine, selenium and copper. Chromium, calcium and calcium are found, enriching the composition of whole grain flour.

Deliveries are carried out from our own flour mill located in the Stavropol Territory, in the Foothill region.
