Rostov Electrometallurgical Plant LLC is a new type of metallurgical plant that produces high-quality products using the technology of continuous casting of steel and long products. The company is unique for the metallurgical industry of the country in terms of automation of technological processes. The design capacity of the plant is 730 thousand tons of steel and 530 thousand tons of rolled products per year. The finished product is a commercial square steel billet for rolling and long-range rolling, in the form of reinforcement for reinforced concrete products and rolled wire. The plant is located in Shakhty, Rostov region, on an area of 28 hectares, thanks to the basic engineering of CONCAST, which allows for such a compact location.
