NEOSPECTANT LLC is a full—cycle factory for the manufacture of prefabricated structures and technical shelters.
Production facilities (Chelyabinsk):
Metalwork workshop (2,500 m2): 12 kW laser cutting line (sheet cutting up to 40 mm). 12 automated welding stations. Production is up to 300 tons of metal structures per month. Tent sewing workshop (1,200 m2): Swiss HDPE welding equipment for PVC. Productivity is up to 15,000 m2 of canvas per month.
Technical standards of 2026:
Materials: Structural steel C245/C345. Reinforced PVC fabric (650-900 g/m2) with UV protection and lacquer coating.Terms: Production of a typical hangar — from 14 days. Sewing of industrial curtains and canopies takes 2-3 working days. Reliability: Valid SRO approval. Quality certificates for each product. Certificates of fire safety G1/B1.
