Company history:The company was founded in November 2012. We started very modestly! Initially, it was a company of one person who loves fireworks and wants to devote his life to pyrotechnic craft. We did not have large budgets and qualified specialists, we opened with our own money and without experience. The main idea of creating a business is to provide high-quality and convenient service to customers for the delivery of pyrotechnics (delivery at any convenient time and place), we have retained this principle to this day! The old SPB Salut logo was chosen as the source of attracting customers to the Internet, there were few online pyrotechnics stores at that time and, in general, the Internet commerce market in Russia was only developing. First of all, a website and a logo were created independently using various free services and programs. We did not have an office, there was only a sole proprietor, a budget foreign car for delivering orders and nothing else! Simultaneously with the creation of the site, the search for the main supplier of pyrotechnics in St. Petersburg began. Everyone we contacted wanted to ship in bulk only a large batch of goods, which at that time we could not afford. For our part, we asked for the opportunity to come and pick up the goods in small batches, but regularly, for each completed order. As a result, we found a company that agreed to become our first supplier. It was the St. Petersburg Fireworks company (which has ceased to exist today), to whose management we are very grateful to this day. This company was the official representative of the brands of pyrotechnics Favorit and Orient in St. Petersburg, we agreed on all the conditions, added a range of products to our website and started working. There were many doubts, fears and mistakes at the start, but there were also ambitions, a great desire to engage in this particular field and faith in a good result!
The first New Year's season 2012-2013 was held in our "baptism of fire" format, we set up an advertising company in Yandex and launched it on the symbolic date of 12.12.2012. After that, orders began to arrive at a slow pace. He took orders by phone and was delivered by the same person, the founder of the company himself. At the beginning, there was enough time for everything, there were few orders and it seemed that the season would pass in a calm mode, but from about December 20, the flow of applications began to increase rapidly every day and it was decided to hire the first employees. Hiring employees is a big word, no one will go to work for a company where there is nothing but a website and a director. Two friends helped, one helped to take calls and pick up goods from the supplier, the second delivered orders to customers in his own car. It was difficult, but we did it! At the end of the season, it was decided to continue to develop the company with the money earned.
On November 25, 2013, the legal entity of the NORTHERN CONSTELLATION LLC (OGRN: 1137847454436) was registered at 34 Engels Ave., St. Petersburg. We rented a tiny office, put up a couple of desks with a printer, took laptops from home and began to actively develop from that moment. In the early years, we studied the nuances and pitfalls of the pyrotechnic business, studied pyrotechnic craft and received certificates of professional pyrotechnics, recruited a team and moved several times to a larger office, got acquainted with suppliers from other regions, soon became a wholesale supplier of pyrotechnics ourselves, opened seasonal retail stores, received business education, studied marketing, improved website design and the logo, in general, invested all the money they earned in their knowledge and in SPB SALUT.
Pyrotechnic equipment for the year 2017 was very important, this year we purchased professional pyrotechnic equipment for fireworks launches, received license No. 14174 - PI dated August 01, 2017. and our team was replenished with very experienced pyrotechnics (the most experienced has been working in the industry since 1992). Also this year, we found a suitable room for our company, where we were able to open a full-fledged retail store and equip an office for all employees in one place. We moved to the very center of St. Petersburg, to 15 Bogie Street, letter B, this is a detached building that fully meets all fire safety requirements.
Shop Polyustrovsky Prospekt, 28bmagazine and office ul., Bogie, 15, lit. We never planned to create a large network of retail pyrotechnics stores, we have always been focused on the Internet and on holding professional fireworks, so we have only two stores, in 2020 a second fireworks store was opened at 28B Polyustrovsky Prospekt. Will there be more shops? They probably will, let's not guess, time will tell!
As of today, 03/11/2021 We have carried out more than 20,000 pyrotechnic deliveries to our customers and conducted more than 1,000 pyrotechnic shows from small wedding fireworks to city-scale fireworks. We are developing, constantly learning and following modern trends in the pyrotechnic field, participate in various conferences, international pyrotechnic forums and are familiar with all the main participants in the industry. We are constantly coming up with and launching new promotions and special offers. We have studied and continue to study the range of brands on the market, so you will find only the best on our shelves! We love our work and our customers, and we respect our competitors.
