Industrial film greenhouses – a scalable solution with a controlled microclimate

A block film greenhouse combines several bays into a single production volume and is suitable for commercial cultivation over large areas. The structure is calculated based on snow and wind loads, the crop, the trellis height, and the required set of utility systems.

The film covering can be combined with automatic ventilation, heating, irrigation, supplemental lighting, and air recirculation systems. For intensive projects, the utility system is selected to maintain a manageable microclimate throughout the entire area, and the complex can be expanded in stages.
