Elastomeric fabric reinforcing polyester fabric

Elastomeric Fabric - 300 - reinforcing fabric from a non -woven polyester canvas, specially created for use with polymers applied in liquid form, when installing roof membranes, foundations, retaining walls, water tanks, pools with a concrete and metal base. Elastomeric Fabric is used to strengthen the adjustments to parapets, chimney, drains, as well as seams, ruptures, joints, cracks and places of possible deformations.

Elastomeric Fabric has an unusual combination of high strength and elasticity. The fabric is very soft, lies well on any non -relief surfaces, perfectly absorbs, moistened and capsulated with liquid waterproofing materials, forming a monolithic (seamless) waterproofing coating of individual elements or the entire surface. It has resistance to organic solvents.

APPLICATION AREA:
Elastomeric Fabric is designed to reinforce roofing surfaces, foundations, retaining walls, tankwoods with water, pools with concrete and metallic base, which have numerous cracks, seams or breaks, as well as to strengthen the places of possible deformations, water intake and drainage, adjustments to the parapets, adjustments to the parapets, and jams. Ventilation boxes and chimney, pipe passages and cables. At the request of the project, it is fully mounted on the surface.

Application:
All surfaces should be dry, without dust, fat, oil and other contaminants that can worsen adhesive contact with the surface.

Elastomeric Fabric is recessed into a layer of raw Elastomeric coatings applied with a flow rate of 0.4-0.8 kg/m2, depending on the surface profile so as to completely soak the composition. Then, an additional amount of liquid coating (wet according to wet) with a flow rate of 0.4-0.6 kg/m2 is applied from above to fully respond the fabric, excluding the formation of folds, non-color or air pockets. Overlapping at the edges of the fabric segments should be at least 5 cm on each side. In the case of using the material for other purposes and/or the conditions uncomfortable in the ballot, it is necessary to independently conduct tests or consult a manufacturer.
