Ozonbox Technologies The ozone guns of the Ozonbox Air series do not use ceramic plates, gas tubes and other elements operating at high temperatures. To increase fault tolerance, we have developed electrodes made of a special alloy separated by quartz glass (photo2), the operating temperature of which does not exceed 65℃. Nitrogen oxides are a toxic gas (poison) that does not decay together with the decay of ozone! The Ozonbox ozone guns use the method of cold ozone generation, the temperature of the module at full load does not exceed 65 ℃, which allows you to create ozone of a higher concentration. This solution made it possible to eliminate oxides and significantly improve the quality of the ozone-air mixture. Convenience and functionality Ozonbox ozone guns do NOT require anything but electricity, it is ready-to-use equipment that only needs a 220V network. If you plan to use an ozone gun in production, then you will appreciate the following: a) The possibility of connecting flexible corrugations to supply fresh air to the ozonizer in order to increase the nominal concentration of ozone (because it is impossible to get even more ozone from the already produced ozone in the room, fresh air is needed) b) The possibility of supplying ozone to wet, dusty and any other media/volume Without consumables Ozonbox is the only ozone gun in Russia that does not require consumables (replaceable plates, lamps and other elements) Made in Russia from Russian components developed by Ozonbox in Chelyabinsk.
