Children's hanging swings are made of hardwood, mainly birch. WOOD - only environmentally friendly solid wood is used in production, dried and heat-treated against insects. During production, each wooden part undergoes multi-stage surface and edge processing, thereby the product has safe rounded edges and a perfectly processed smooth surface, excluding nicks and burrs. The rope is a very important part of the hanging swing. In production, a durable braided cord with a reinforced inner core 10 mm thick is used, which meets the standards of the Customs Union. This allows us to achieve structural strength and withstand loads during laboratory tests (the standard for a swing is suspension with a load of 200 kg for 2 hours), but at the production, to be sure of the strength of the products, we additionally test with a weight of 200 kg for 12 hours, and this product easily passed all the tests. Suspension - the swing has a special strong loop, supplemented with reinforced stiffeners, which confidently withstands loads during operation and testing. The loop creates convenience of mounting the swing, and, unlike metal analogues, corrosion and rust of the suspensions are excluded. The original method of lacing on the loop eliminates the possibility of chafing of the suspension cord, giving reliability to the structure. Decor - the swing is decorated with multi-colored plastic solid balls with ideal processing of the entire surface. Only primary plastic is used in production, without harmful and dangerous impurities. The solid ball eliminates the possibility of free opening of the halves of the ball and injury to the baby with the sharp edge of the inner surface of the ball, and also eliminates the possibility of limbs getting stuck when accidentally opening decorative balls.
