Disinfectant liquid soap should be a viscous homogeneous liquid, from blue to blue in color, odorless or with the smell of the fragrance used. As an active ingredient, it should contain dodecyldipropylene triamine (0.1±0.01%), as well as a mixture of surfactants, functional additives and technological components. The pH of the product should be in the region of 4.0 - 7.0. The agent must have antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (including pathogens of nosocomial infections, Mycobacterium tuberculosis), pathogenic fungi (including pathogens of dermatophytosis and candidiasis). The product should have skin softening and moisturizing properties. Retain its properties after freezing and subsequent thawing.
The shelf life of the product must be at least 3 years.
According to the parameters of acute toxicity, according to GOST 12.1.007-76, the agent should belong to the 4th class of low-hazard substances when injected into the stomach and applied to the skin.
Application of the drug to scarified skin should not complicate wound healing. The agent should not have a sensitizing, cumulative property and specific long-term effects (mutagenic, embryotoxic, gonadotoxic and carcinogenic).
The disinfectant should be intended for hygienic treatment of the hands of surgeons, operating medical personnel before treatment with an antiseptic; hygienic treatment of the hands of medical personnel in medical institutions; ambulance, laboratory workers (including bacteriological, mycological, immunological, clinical and others); treatment of the feet to prevent fungal diseases; sanitization of the skin of patients in medical institutions, including bedridden patients in pediatric, oncological departments, hospices, boarding schools for the disabled and the elderly, social protection institutions, etc.
