Fama Paint blocking soil for preparing walls and ceilings for painting
- water -reduced acrylic environmentally friendly soil for human health;
- intended for the preparation of large -porous and cellular mineral grounds for applying subsequent technological layers;
- soil for external and internal work;
- well blocks the excessive absorption of porous bases, connects the "reinforcing" layers;
- increases the open time of drying of subsequent decorative and technological layers (paints, wallpaper adhesives, leveling and decorative puttying and plaster, screed, bulk floors), reduces their consumption to 25% and enhances adhesion to the surface;
- It does not contain fungicides and algicides.
Application
The soil is designed to prepare the surface before painting walls and ceilings and applying paints, wallpaper adhesives, leveling and decorative putty and plaster, screed, and bulk floors.
Using soil before painting
Recommended for use on the surfaces:
- drywall;
- fibroscent;
- brickwork;
- plaster;
- gypsum putty;
- cement putty;
- lime putty;
- cement-lime putty;
- expanded clay concrete blocks;
- foam concrete blocks;
- ceramic blocks;
- cellular concrete;
- Floor ties of various composition.
Number of layers and consumption
When painting with a brush, roller or spraying: 50-100 ml/m2 or 1 liter per 20-10 m2 in one layer, depending on the absorption capacity and preparation of the base. The specified expense can fluctuate both in the smaller and in large directions depending on the preparation and absorbent capacity of the base. The exact consumption must be determined by testing.
Maslar tool
It is recommended that the use of painting brushes with synthetic bristles, as well as painting rollers with microfiber fur coats or polyamide with a pile length of 5-9 mm, depending on the absorption capacity of the base. The soil is suitable for airless airless spray.
Cleaning the painting tool
After painting, the painting tool must be thoroughly washed with clean water. For high -quality removal of LCMs and preserving the operational properties of a painting tool, it is recommended to use the FAMA Profi 0501 brushes. It is allowed to use domestic foaming compositions.
Preparation of walls and ceilings for painting
The base should be pure durable homogeneous and dry. Old, non -firmly kept layers of paint or crumbling cement bases or plaster must be removed. Any pollution that can affect adhesion or reach the surface in the form of spots, namely oils, fats, decorative waxes or polishing compositions must also be removed. Mechanical damage or unevenness, cracks, chips, etc., must be plugged. If necessary, you can grind the surface with the subsequent removal of dust. Surfaces affected by mold, fungus or algae (green plaque) must be mechanically cleaned until the lesion is completely removed.
Application of soil
The soil must be applied with a masking brush (roller or sprayer) with a dense uniform layer avoiding driving. The number of layers depends on porosity, absorbent ability and quality of surface preparation.
Drying the soil
"Until the casting" - 1 hour. Application of subsequent layers is permissible after 4 hours (20 ° C / 50-55 % of air humidity).
IMPORTANT
The ambient temperature and the temperature of the base itself should be at least 8 ° C and no more than 25 ° C, the humidity in the room should be in the interval of 60 - 80%!
A properly pronounced surface should have a uniform, poorly noticeable shine in the absence of matte spots when trying to draw a hand on it, should not leave pollution in the palms (chalk or construction dust), should have a weak water -repellent capacity (water drops should drain on it, and not absorb instantly instantly ).
